I. 1.5mi run & abs

II. 1500yd swim

III. Crossfit Monday 110523
7 rounds of 35 jumprope & 1 snatch (65lb): 4:48.
Sort of a low weight, but my legs are already sore.

IV. Softball and soccer w/ friends!
