7 x 2 reps of thrusters: used two 22.5 dumbbells for all 7 sets.

Stupid weight room is only open MWF. :(

Then swam 2000yd, and did abs afterwards.

P.S. - I made another CrossFit friend! A shout out to Sam Sam for joining me for the WOD and the swim! :D
